Each client is unique with regards to who they are, their goals and their life circumstances. I work with clients individually to assess and develop a plan that meets their needs. Being able to identify specific target areas for change as well as the strengths from which each individual and family has to draw are critical first steps in helping my clients get the results they are looking for.
I am formally trained in a variety of Psychological approaches as well as in life coaching strategies. I work to find which modalities can most effectively help my clients better understand and create the changes they are looking for in any situation.
